Knitters and friends,

The Good Scarf Project is now at its close and has been a wonderful success. Over the past year, we have knit scarves in honor of the things that mean "goodness" in our lives. Many, MANY scarves never made their way to the website; they were given away before they could be photographed, but we did hear about them! Our HUGE thanks to all of you who participated with all your good thoughts and wishes. From as far away as Australia and as close as our neighborhood elementary school, YOU have made this beautiful virtual scarf and all that it represents.

From the knitters at Barton Open School in Minneapolis, Minnesota who donated all of their scarves to a local charity, we have an inspiring list of 'good' that pretty much sums up what the whole project is about in its essence. They knitted their scarves in honor of:
